Intern – State Farm Agent Team Member

Part-Time | Approximately 30 Hours per Week

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Brian Davis Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated and personable intern to support our team with customer service, marketing, and daily agency operations. This opportunity offers hands-on experience building customer relationships and supporting business growth in Powell and the surrounding communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Build customer relationships and follow up with new and existing customers.
  • Support marketing efforts focused on property and casualty insurance.
  • Educate customers about available insurance and U.S. Bank products and connect them with appropriate assistance.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate customer records and reports.
  • Represent the agency at community events, networking groups, and other local marketing activities.
  • Assist with general office duties and team projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Interest in customer service, marketing, and insurance.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
Compensation $15.00 per hour
